DestX · Destination Experience Desk
One desk for everyone who sells a destination.
Curators, suppliers, supplier reps and talent all work here — in one workspace, on one set of rails, against the same inventory the traveller app sells from. No separate portal, no re-keying, no waiting on a wholesaler to answer.
A brief becomes a quote
TourStitch AI reads the request, VOGraph finds the bundle, and you review a costed itinerary instead of building one.
One shared inventory
The same rails the traveller app books on. What you see is bookable — availability, not a brochure.
Money splits itself
PayNSettle decides every party's share at search time, issues the cards, and handles the tax jurisdiction.
Trust is earned, not bought
Tiers are gated on connectivity depth and delivery record, reviewed monthly. There is no upgrade you can simply purchase.
Quote in twenty minutes, not two days.
You are the reason a destination is worth visiting, and today you spend most of your week on email, spreadsheets and chasing availability. DestX gives that week back: the brief is parsed, the bundle is matched and verified, the proposal is drafted with your own brand on it, and every supplier in it is already bookable.
Six-stage quote lifecycle
Intake → AI orchestration → supplier match → assemble & send → review → close. Every stage auditable.
Autonomy you set
Observe, co-pilot or autonomous — per hub, with your own price floors and ceilings.
Bring your existing book
Import the itineraries you already sell; they flow through TripStitch and get matched against verified supply.
Your brand, not ours
Customer-facing proposals carry your identity. The rails stay invisible.

Curator ladder
Everyone starts as Artisan. Progression is automatic and monthly. New to the platform? Apprentice under a Maestro on revenue share, or join a destination guild and share inventory and reputation until you have your own.

All fronted by the OTA Channel Manager — connect an existing channel or your own database.
Supplier ladder
Gated on connectivity depth and delivery, not on spend. Thresholds are published: on-time performance, cancellation rate, claims acceptance, safety certification. You always know what the next tier costs you in behaviour.
Keep the margin the portal takes.
A direct booking costs you roughly 4.25–4.5% instead of 15–30%, and it cancels half as often — 10.6% against 21.8%. ZnVO is built to move volume to that column: matched demand from the traveller app, curator demand from the same desk, and a lifecycle that stops writing off every change.
RevHost AI yield
Your floors and ceilings, your seasonality, priced against real matched demand rather than a rate shop.
Cancellations stop being write-offs
FlexTripHub carries a booked itinerary through a verified decision window, protected by the 1+1 inventory rule so you never oversell.
Paid at search time
Your share is computed when the search resolves. Virtual cards, refund waterfalls and the right tax engine per jurisdiction.
Six-step onboarding
S1 to S6, with your rep working the same desk you do. Nothing is re-keyed between you.
For talent on the ground
Work for an operator and for yourself, in the same calendar.
Guides, chefs, photographers, drivers, performers. You take assignments from operators and you take direct bookings of your own — one reconciled calendar shows both, colour-coded, with split tiles where they overlap. Credentials live in a vault you own, and payouts land the same day.
Dual participation
Independent and assigned work never double-book each other.
One inbox
Requests for quote and direct bookings arrive in the same place.
Credential vault
Licences and certifications verified once, shown to whoever needs them.
Same-day payout
You're paid on the day you work, on the curator ladder.
Connect at the depth you can afford.
Three tracks
The deeper you connect, the more of the platform unlocks — the advanced lifecycle features need live two-way availability to be safe.
Native or certified
Direct API, CRS, NDC or OCTO. Full two-way availability, the full lifecycle surface, highest tier ceiling.
Channel or bedbank
Through your existing channel manager or a bedbank. Bookable and matched; deeper lifecycle features are conditional.
Calendar & manual
iCal or manual entry, so a single-boat operator can still trade. Basic surface only, and the first thing to upgrade.
We open one destination at a time. Kerala is open for applications.
Pre-launch, and honest about it: no live bookings yet, no signed curators. What we're doing now is building the first destination's supply and curator base deep enough that the desk works on day one. Applications are read by the founder.
